KireiCode (“we”, “us”) sells luxury skincare through this website and our stores. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
Account details: name, email address, and password when you create an account or when checkout creates one for you.
Order details: shipping name, address, city, postal code, country, email, the products you buy, quantities, and order totals. We do not store card numbers.
Messages you send through the contact form, including your name, email, phone if you provide it, and the message itself.
A session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms. Your bag and wishlist stay in your browser and are not sent to us until you place an order.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and manage your account, fulfil orders, answer client care requests, and keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us deliver an order, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is open and for the period we need to meet tax, delivery, and returns obligations. Contact messages are kept until the enquiry is resolved and for a short archive after that.
You may ask us to correct your details or close your account by writing to care@kireicode.com. We may retain order records where the law requires it.
