Unopened products
You may return an unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with seals intact.
Write to care@kireicode.com with your order number before you send anything back. We will confirm the return address. Return postage is paid by you unless we sent the wrong item or a damaged item.
Opened skincare
For hygiene, opened or used skincare cannot be returned, except where the product is faulty or not as described. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a valid return, we refund the product price. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Because checkout does not charge a card today, a refund applies only after a payment has actually been taken.
