Where we ship
We ship to India, France, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Japan. The country list at checkout is the list that applies to your order.
Cost and timing
Shipping is complimentary on orders of ₹8,000 or more. Below that amount, a shipping charge of ₹250 is added at checkout.
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. Delivery estimates are 3–7 business days within India and 7–14 business days for international addresses, after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Client care hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST. Orders placed on Sunday are prepared from the next business day.
Delivery
You are responsible for a complete and accurate address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will contact you at the email on the order before sending it again. A second shipping charge may apply.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered. Write to care@kireicode.com if a parcel is late or arrives damaged.
